Will Crowther wrote Adventure in 1976, modelled on a real cave in Kentucky; in 1977 Don Woods expanded it into the 350-point game that spread to every computer. You type short commands like GO NORTH or GET LAMP to explore, collect treasures and solve puzzles. Watch out for the dwarves.
Crowther and Woods kept working on it until Adventure 2.5 in 1995, the 430-point version with more treasures and puzzles. Open Adventure continues that version, with their blessing.
This port is Open Adventure 1.22. Type SAVE to keep your game on the server and RESUME to go on with it later.
